I just complete setting up WebClient. The problem I am having is this. I am trying to login to the server from another machine on the network and accessing Contact Center Management. However each time I select the server name it is prompting me for a user name and password. I have used the webadmin and my own useid and password with no luck. Please help.

Thanks in advance

Check your Internet Explorer Security settings or a different PC?

The security setting is set to low. I get the follow error when I attempt to login after I select the server from the CCM tab.

"The system could not generate the list of supervisors. Contact your administrator."

OK...update....this problem seems to be only on the XP operation system.

Turn off the XP Firewall.

Turned off the firewall and I am still having this problem it seems to be finding some fault with the sutree.asp file in XP. The explorer error states the following

Line: 128
Char: 4
Error: Index out of bounds
Code:0
URL:
Off topic: are there any patches for WebClient

seems to work on XP with service pack 1 IE version 6.0.2800.1106 but not on XP service pack 2 IE version 6.0.29.2180

lots of new security features on SP2 for XP, must be an exception you need to put in somewhere??

Issue was with my machine alone......re-install os and it resolved my issue........thanks for all the help....

I have seen this problem several times. The PCs have a 3rd party software that uses/installs its own version of sstree.ocx file that is not compatible with SWC version.

1. On affected PCs, do a search for sstree*.*
See if you have sstree.ocx file and if so, which version is it (SWC use 1.0.2.8). If you have something else, note the version for information, rename/remove the file.

2. Make the clients try and connect again.
