I found this thread relating to the above question:
thread798-937843
Couple of quick questions regarding what it said.
Wold the instructions apply to generic handsets - type 500 I think?

Also what does this do (copied from above thread):
Find a spare tn

PT0000
REQ: luvu

TYPE: 2000

TN

TYPE 2000 TN 004 0 01 04 8D VCE

(that will work)

So now you have a TN to move the phone to for a min...

Thank you

What this does is finds a spare TN so that you can copy...a bit like paste/clipboard if you like.

The LUVU will list these that are spare (List Unused Units)
on specific type phones:-

500 Analogue (Including Phantoms)
2000 Digital types

Depending on Release LD 10 Analogue/LD 11 Digtal
Load 20 (LD 20)
REQ MOV (Move Command)
TYPE 500 or 39xx/26xx etc
TN xx xx xx xx (Big) xx xx (Small)

TOTN (To one from your list LUVU)

This opens up your original TN to Move another into it using the same process.

Hope this helps

Cheers!!

Yes, the mov command works for 500 sets also, as long
as you are moving from 500 set Tn to 500 set TN.
Just a note though, Nortel does not recommend moving
ACD sets in software, it has been known to cause
corruption.
The example you posted is to find an spare digital
TN, to find a spare 500 TN

>LD 20

Thank you for your posts.
What is an ACD set though?! Sorry if I should know but very new to the Nortel system.
