Swapping phones

I have two users who are being forced to swap offices. Neither wants to change their extension number. I have done a swap like this before but my memory isn't what it once was and I can't remember the Nortel term for this. Can someone provide the steps necessary or the term so I may research the process.

then move the 16 from the old vacant tn to 4 0 0 0


just do a 3 way move using a vacant tn.. or swap the jumpers at the frame..
