I recently had an order printer go down. When I've had this issue in the past, switching out the bad one for a working one has always fixed the problem. Today, i switched it out with a less used printer, but the tickets still printed to the same printers, even thought at a different location. I changed the port number in configurator and that fixed that problem, but now I have a brand new printer, but tickets wont come out. How do I program the new printer to work with the system? The IP address needs to be aaa.bbb.100.152:9010, but the report from the printer says its aaa.bbb.aaa.bbb.
