Swapping movies

Hi,

I have a question for you all. is it possible with actionscripting to swap movie symbols ? The user must enter if he's a man or women. When he clicks man the next of the movie he will get help from a male wizard. If she clicks, she will be helped with a female wizard.

Both the male and female wizard are a seperate moviclip with the same size. Can I determine wich movieclip has to play without making all the frames twice ?

you can either:

1. load a completely new movie; then you just need to link your buttons on different webpages (one male, one female) or

2. load a different movieclip inside the currently executed movie. for that you need a short actionscript and you got two ways of doing it:
a) you can load a clip which is a symbol in the currently executed movie (check the method 'attachMovie') or
b) you can load a clip from a url (check the method 'loadMovie')
