Currently I have a TN464GP and a TN2313AP in my G3si. There are two PRIs connected and running as one trunk group. I want to remove the TN464GP DS1 card and replace it with another TN2313AP.

I have never done this before and need procedures. Would someone please forward the procedures to me? Thanks, Ron

You are going to have to remove all of the translations that use that board: Trunk Members, Signaling Group, and DS-1 board. Replace the board and re-input the translations: DS-1 board, Signaling Group, Trunk Members.

Depending on your D channel configuration you may knock the entire trunk group down.

If the TN464 is used as a synchronization source it has to be disabled before you can remove the board from translation.
