swapDepths tweaking!

Can someone take a look at:

http://www.sac-yolomvcd.com/flash/evs.fla

And make any suggestions for a better way to swapdepths? As you can see, on bootup, the red dots are coming in behind the ones that auto pop-up and such.

Checkout the .fla, mouseover all the objects, and you'll see where it needs work. I don't want those red dots to "show through" the other thing on startup.
