If you're using Flash 5, the answer is you can't. If you're using MX, you can, but don't ask me how!
If you're using 5, post again ... there are a number of ways you can get round your problem (I just don't want to start explaining them now if you're not actually using 5).
No - Flash MX has it as a standard feature ... try looking up the HELP menu in the program - there should be some documentation about the feature there, and how to use it.
