Hi all...I'm really newbie in this server thing..would some one help me out,just wanted to know is my server stat are normal?if know can you all guide me how to resolve this issue.Thank you for your time

In my opinion, using 100% of your swap is abnormal. Your stat files that you linked to have either been deleted or are missing, so it is impossible to even comment on what could be causing this situation.
 
What is the output of these commands?
