Swap Two 7960 (+7914) Telephone Hardware

I need to swap the hardware for two 7960 telephones that both have attached 7914 expansion modules.

One has a problem with an unsupported headset (distortion) while the other does not.

Both phones are fully programmed (all lines used).

Is there a way to swap the programming associated with each phone to avoid having to rebuild each phone setup again in the Call Manager?

Unplug both phones, copy both of the mac address somewhere. Goto config page of one of the phones change the mac address to something like 000000000000 - update

Goto to the config page of the other phone and change the mac address to the one you want(other phone) - update

Go back to the original config page change the mac address from 000000000000 to the other mac address - update

plug in phones...
