Swap Super Cap Capacitor on Existing Samsung IDCS 16 ??Before it dies.

HI ,, I am wanting to replace The Super Cap Capacitor on existing Samsung IDCS 16 before it dies ,, i am not sure if the card needs power while removing existing Cap ,, i am trying not to lose programming ,, i was hoping not have save programming ,, i may have to. Any ideas. ?? Thks

just download programming and upload or reprog by hand would only take 20 min
