SVP server

Hi Guys,

I know the SVP server is not a Mitel product, however i can't seem to find what I'm looking for.

The problem i have... we have installed a Mitel system with a 100 user SVP server which has 20 wireless handsets, with Access points that are supported for the connection to the SVP server. when users are on a call they hear clipping at the beginning and end of sentences - i think this is mainly down to the back ground noise as it doesn't seem to be a problem when they are in an office.

I know this is probably down to compression, however I'm not sure what configuration i need to change on the SVP server to resolve this..!!

Any help please would be great.

There is nothing in the SVP Server for compression.
I'm not sure what you mean by "in the office". Are you stating they are further away from an AP when they have these symptoms?
Does your AP have any logging with regards to packet loss for devices using it?
