svmon internal error

I just type on my AIX box command svmon and get
svmon internal error: 0x0008 : init_dev_table :eek:ccurence = 1 errno = 2
Please help!
What's going on ?
I have AIX 4.3.3 RML09 on p660 6H1 with 3GB RAM

what version of perfagent.tools is installed on your server?
does topas or filemon work ?

It's my perfagent.tools:2.2.33.75 !
topas and filemon work without problems.

May be broken. Try `lppchk -v` and look for output. Check errpt. IBM Certified -- AIX 4.3 Obfuscation
