SVMi 20e upgrade to SVMi 20i on Samsung OfficesServ 7400 v.4.6b FAIL!
The old voicemail comes up no problem but the system does not see the SVMi 20i
I know I have the right software but is there a key or something I may be missing
for this to work? Please help I'm in the middle of a job and the folks at PCLiquidators
where I bought the refurb card don't have the answer.
