SVM_18 WAV FILE IP OFFICE 1

Hello, Does anyone have the svm_18 wav file from Avaya, as I am in need of it for my system, an R11 IP 500. I checked in the files and it is nowhere to be found. Thank You!

Is this a voicemail prompt file? Have you searched in the Manager installed folder?

Yes, It is the "I'm afraid all of the operators are busy at the moment..." file. I checked in the manager folder and I see SVM 17 and 19, but not 18.

Here you go - it's in this directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\VM\WAVS\enu

If you have the full Manager admin suite installed, you will find these files in the Memory Card folder of your computer

It's a VMPro wav file, it's got nothing to do with Manager. The "SVM_xx" files in C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\Manager\MemoryCards\Common\system\lvmail\ENU are .c11 files, for Embedded voice mail. And they skip from SVVM_17.c11 to SVM_19.c11

If you have the Voicemail Pro Client installed you can get these Wav files too.
