Hi,

I have a simple pie chart rendered in SVG which looks fine in Firefox 15, but has a border and missing image icon in IE9, and a strange background in Chrome 22.0.1229.94 m.

Please see
Can anyone suggest a remedy for this? I suspect a doctype or HTML version issue, but despite trying several alternatives, the problem persists.

Thanks in anticipation,

Graham

SVG is not as widely supported as you might expect.

Also, the SVG is not quite right.
SVG:
xlink:href="NULL"

As you are using PHP, consider a library/class that takes this data and renders a GIF/JPG/PNG file ( ). Or you might even try a SWF chart ( )

Solved!

There was a rogue <img> tag being generated in the code.
I've removed that and all working OK now.

Thanks for the links spamjim, v. useful.

All the best,

Graham
