I scanned my hard drive using the online trend micro virus scanner and found two viruses which I cannot delete because they are currently in use. I have looked in the task manager processes and they are not listed there to end. I have downloaded a tool from aldo tools to detect all processess to try to end. Has anybody ran into this similar problem. I already done searches to see if there is any documentation on this virus but cannot find anything.

Boot into safe mode, and then run your virus scanner from there...see if it picks up the virus or not and allows you to remove it.

Pocket Killbox also has a high success rate in knocking off "in use" files:

The hardest ones need to be set for Delete on Reboot, but I've yet to have it fail.

Be sure and disable system restore before removal if running XP or ME.
