SV9500 SE MG-SIP trunks sending Guest name out to BluIP AVa

I am trying to get guest names to send out the SIP trunks to Bluips Aiva answering service. But i'm not sure what I am missing. The calls our going out and then back in the the hotel with the extension but not showing the name. Can someone tell me i'm missing the obvious.
