Recent upgrade of SV8500 to SV9500, but not sure when this issue started.

This office has a mix of Dterm IIIs and Es.

APHN station is 7810, 2=Phantom, real station is 7819. PH LIST: PH=0, PH STN=7810 (no other entries)

ASHP 7819 -> 7825 -> 7816 -> 7820
Secretary Station is 7839, which is FWD-ALL to a Voicemail Call Processor recording.

If 7819 is idle, call to 7810 rings to 7819 correctly.
If 7819 is DND, call hunts to 7825 correctly.
If 7819 is busy, second caller to 7810 gets busy signal rather than it hunting to 7825.

Any ideas why the hunt doesn't happen when 7819 is busy with a call?

Thanks in advance for any help!

The Phantom station number (that is assigned by the APHN command) cannot be assigned for the pilot
station number of the Station Hunting - Pilot.
The Pilot station number is assigned in the STN parameter.
Straight out of the Command manual.
I cannot explain why it used to work, but it shouldn't. I may have something to do with your older phones and firmware on the cards.
Try using a virtual extension as the pilot.

Guess that's why when I ran LMLA4 for 7810 it was showing up in the Line Appearance spot where 7819 should be according to AKYD...

Everything's working after making 7810 a TEC18.

Have a great weekend!
