It's been a while since I was living and breathing IPX/SV8500/SV9500 and I'm going to have to troubleshoot a few issues tomorrow. I wondered if anyone could jog my memory what commands are available to determine how many SIP clients (NEC and/or 3rd party) are registered/logged in out of however many in total?

I have some phones in just one location coming back with a 'timeout (254)' error and I'm not sure why. I'm fairly sure I am well under my licensed limits so will have to approach this in a 'throw the kitchen sink at the problem' way - I'll sit down with a phone and a wired laptop and PC pro and see what I can find out.

Any other useful debugging commands anyone can elaborate on? DISD was an old favourite that I remembered and the timeout extensions are showing as 'logout' whereas working ones are 'login'.

Thanks

AACT is showing I have loads of licenses... just suddenly some stations are timing out and, of course, due to them all being on their own unique subnet, I suspect something has changed on the LAN/WAN which is causing this... but I am trying to think of everything to check before I go... Thanks!

Oh and I remembered I could do an IPAN and I have 159 DtermIP/SIP Multi-Function telephones logged in. Obviously I have easily enough licenses!
