Is there anything special that needs to be done on an IP PMS integration between an SV9500 and an Opera PMS System? We seem to have Check In/Check Out working as far as restricting and unrestricting calling from the room, but we are not getting the Guest Name display. If we use the PMS Tool we do get the Guest Name so that is why we are thinking it has something to do with the Opera PMS. Any ideas?
