Customer adding agents to a call center today in their NEC SV9500 PBX. ACDMAT refuses to add more positions, stating "Tenant Database Is Full". They are nowhere near the license limits. Have not seen this error message before. Has anyone else run in to this? If so, what was the fix?
 
You will get this message if trying to use an ACD line that is already assigned. List up position data and compare with the extensions they are trying to assign.
