Let's say I have a few employees whose mobile number changed recently. Now, their old numbers are being called by staff from their desk phones, who are not aware of the new numbers. How can I make (if possible at all) the SV9500 to recognize that a number was dialed, and call a different one instead. I'm talking roughly 50 specific numbers.
I know in AFRS, I could somehow break out the digits all the way to 10 digits to assign a different OPR for those numbers, but that would result in a crazy long AFRS list, and what if I need to do this for just "one more person"? Potentially I would have to rewrite most of the AFRS list just for that one person.
But still, AOPR seems to be the only place where you can add / remove digits to the dialed number. As a note, these calls go out on PRI interface which goes into a gateway the Teclo installed, and from there, they make it a SIP call.
So any idea?
