sV9300 TDM phone outbound voice delay

I have 3 phones onsite that when dial out there is a delay from when their voice is heard from distant end. TDM phones. I have 100 other phones onsite that are not experiemcing this problem. Everyone dials out the same PRI , they are in same class of service. After about 5-10 seconds their voices can be heard to called end

Try one connected at the MDF, eliminate the cable run.

The only time I have ever seen this it was all phones and had to do with route data, you may want to look at 35046>XX> default is 7 which is 10 seconds make it a 0, also 35021>XX> default is 3 seconds change it to 01.
