Hi,

I am trying to porgram the buttons on a DT730. I can do the 24 no problem but for some reason I cannot figure out how to program the 8 buttons on the side, the additional module. I was trying for ages but it doesn't fully make sense or work right now.

Does anyone know? From what I learned, they can only be programmed as DSS. Does that mean they can still act as a speed dial but you also see when the station is busy?

You need to assign memory space to those buttons using CMD 94. It shares the same memory as used in CMD 73. Try not to duplicate the memory location used with any other phones in the system.
EX: extension 2000
73>2000>0000002 = 20 speed dials for buttons 1-24
94>2000>0000201 = 10 speed dials for buttons 25-32
