SV9300 NEC Meeting Center

Hi Everyone,

We have an SV9300 with an NEC Meeting Center conference bridge and usually it works just fine. However, yesterday there was a conference scheduled and no one calling in waa able to get in with the assigned access code. We reset the codes and tried using the newly assigned code for the scheduled meeting but continued to receive an "access code invalid" recording.

I created a new meeting, made sure I was calling during the valid time period of the meeting, and my access code was not accepted.

I can call into the conference system and hear "Welcome. Please enter your conference password followed by the pound key." recording. I can call each individual conference port extension and get that same recording, but just can't get it to take our passwords for the moderator or participant.

Any ideas? I'd appreciate your help!

You can try resetting the blade. There is a push button to reset/restart the blade on the right side.
 
Thanks Belevedere. I reset the blade, but still get "invalid password" when I call in and enter the code. Do I need to reset the entire system?
 
Passwords are programmed into the phone system. If there were not changed or deleted, then possibly a system reset will clear it. If you have never done this before, I suggest calling your vendor in, just in case there is an issue afterward.
