Dear Colleagues,
I am seeking your assistance with the step by step procedure in configuring a multi shelf SV9300 pabx comprising of
1. 2 x 2u (ED)chassis dual CPU configuration
2. 8 x 2U chassis

My greatest challenge is in linking the first unit with the second.

Thanking you in advance.
Rgds,

Cleophas

Dear Colleagues,
Just to add more flesh on the problem

1.I want to link unit #1 to unit #2 and each unit with dual CPU each.
2.What will be "Sense" switch settings to unit #1 and that of Unit #2 each with 3x chassis to make it one unit like Netlink in SV9100/SV8100.
I have gone trough the Hardware manuaal it is not stated anywhere.

Thanking you in advance.

Rgds,

Cleophas

Dear Colleagues,

Thanks PFD45, I managed to get the system up.
Do I have to connect sync cables from unit 1 and unit 2?
Are there any timers I should set for system replication?

Thanking you in advance.

Best Rgds,

Cleophas

Sorry Cleophas, I wish I could help but I have no experience with redundant CPU's on the 9300.

Anything I told you would just be me reading the book and taking a guess.

But my hat is off to you for getting it going. If I ever do this I'm going to call you!

Hi PFD45,

Thanks so much for all the help.

Really appreciate your efforts.

Best Rgds,

Cleophas

Dear Belevere,

Thanks for all the support.
The manual that you gave a link to is for the SV9100 and not for the SV9300, I want to thank for all the efforts

Best Rgds,

Cleophas.
