SV9300 Line Key Light Stuck

Hello All

We have a SV9300 with three of the 200 stations having their prime line key illuminated red when the station is in an idle state. You can still grab the line and take it off hook (basically it is not saying privacy release), and the light turns green when take it off hook. When you put the handset back on the phone, the line key light goes back to red.

We have compared a station that is not doing this to one that is and all data in CM12 and CM13. All this data is identical. We have added the stations that are having the problem to our test IP phone and the light for those line appearances are doing the same thing.

The MWI is not illuminated as well

First thing to check would be whether these are analogue phones and if they are check 1205 is set to 0 on those extensions. If you change it, simply select the key and hang up again to clear the light and it should work ok from then on.

If those are stations in DND, then it will show up as solid on any phone that has it's BLF appearance. As a test, remove all call forwarding from the GFP NUR station.
