SV9300 How to increase external hold music volume

Hi,

I have an SV9300 with an external source for the hold music using the audio jack on the cpu blade. All the settings are correct and I can hear the music but its very low volume, even though the volume is fully turned up on the ipod. Does anyone know how to increase the volume?

I might be wrong with this, but on our 2400ICS and SV8500 we have an amp between the music source and the phone system. Maybe you have something you can throw in just to see.
