Hi I have a customer with A 9300 and a DSS console or Add on Module. Which do you program and what programs do you use if you want the keys on add/on or DSS to be USER programmable one touch keys ?

I know they need to be a Exxx for DSS
Or ECXX in cd 10 but not sure what to program keys so user can program them.

* I may have confused add on module and DSS set but the actuall equipment is A 60 button module this is what user want to be able to program

Please assist

F1100-F1199 are assignments for speed dials. You will also need to assign SPD memory bins to the phone to cover the number of speed dials you want, CMD 73/94.

We married the add on module in CD 98 to ext 300 and gave 300 60 speed dials in 73/94but when we go to unit press feature and any of buttons on add on module nothing happens......

Not sure what I missed.

When I go into command 9000 I don't see any buttons passed 24 for 300

CMD 1000>XXYYZZ>ECXX to assign the add on module.
CMD 980>XX (last two digits of add on module)>XXXX (extension number)
CMD 9000>ECXX,30-89>F1100-F1199 = assign the buttons as speed dial/one touch key
CMD 73>extension number with add on>0000060 = 60 memory buffers
CMD 74>program in the spd dial number to the buffer, or do this at the phone

PCPro may have a gui that makes this easier.
