SV9100 Rogers SIP trunks. how to block PBX from using port 5061

The issue is with dialing out. Randomly an outward call made will fail. The SIP carrier is Rogers. Rogers says that the phone system is the issue and that it is trying to register the SIP trunk with an invite request on UDP port 5061 that is not supported by them so it is denying the call.

Trying get the SV9100 to only use port 5060 if that is achievable.
