SV9100 DID PRI Ring Timer

Morning all.
New user here and hopefully this is just a brain fog on my part. New 9100 CP20 install with PRI w/DID. Some reason if I call them to test one DID (others have commented on this) it rings twice on my end, then to Inmail.
I have checked programming in 22-01; 24-09 is normal CF to pilot. DID tables are no different than previous installs we have done.
I know I am missing something but I give up.

Are all phones doing it or just a few? Are they in the same timer class or still in the default (20-29)

Do the phones ring or does only the caller hear ringback?
