SV9100 Department group "All Ring"

Anyone know of a way to get around the Department group all ring only by using DID's? I need to have all agents ring however they are using Pots trunks right now.

The reason is, they are using software for screen pops and a ring group would cause their pc to pop a new client every time a call comes in.
