sv9100 cpu with sv8100 bs10 issue

after installing sv9100 cpu in sv8100 main chassis it works. but when adding bs10 it boots and boots again and in log file i get
EXIFU DSP download error

NEC has a hardware migration license that needs to be installed so the 8100 hardware will work in the 9100. Contact your dealer for the details.
