Im trying to configure call forwarding to mobile phone number when the extension is busy/no answer in 24-09( external call)
I enter 804 + 001 ( trunk group) + mobile phone but it doesn't work. Can somebody help me to solve it.

I've checked it 20-11-12 and tried 9+ phone numbe, it can call to my phone. I answer the call only hear gre...gree and the other side still ring.

Can you explain what happened? Did it grab a second trunk? Did you get ring no answer? Are all of your trunks working and available?

- All trunk are working now.
- When I make a call to hotline number, after ringing 30s PABX forward the call to my mobile number( by the number in the trunk group). I answer the call, in my I hear gree in my mobile phone, and the phone in the other site still ring. I dunno why
