PN 8520000, SV8500 chassis MSRP is $4600.00. That is with nothing else. No CPU's, software support blades, psu's etc.

I thought the SV8500 was basically a server with a CPU and rack mountable? I'm just looking at it as if it were a peer IP solution.

The SV8500 is a 3U cabinet that houses the support blades. The cabinet does not come with anything unless you bundle it in a package. The CPU's and support blades are separate, as well as the CF, software and licensing. We use the NEC Master Quote system to configure it to the customers' specs. There are numerous discounts from NEC depending on your dealer level that are applied to the MQ. If you are looking for a quote, you can contact one of our account reps.
