SV8500 to Dialogic Fax Server

I have a customer that has purchased a Dialogic Brooktrout Fax Server and would to integrate it back to their NEC SV8500 via a PRI. Dialogic asked us to set up a simulated PRI for NI2, B8ZS, 4 B channels, 1 D channel, and Network side. I programmed up the PRI and connected it back to the fax server. The D channel is up, but they can't make calls. Has anybody tried configuring a simulated PRI on the SV8500 or 2400 that ties back to a fax server? Any help is greatly appreciated. I've been loosing hair and going gray over this. Thanks guys.

What is CDN 66 set for in your route? Try increasing this to 15.

Hey 3racefan3, you are a genius. Changing the DC to 15 worked. Sorry for the late response, it took a while before we could get back out to the site due to the Thanksgiving Holiday. Thanks again for your help.
