I'm testing with a Linksys SPA922. We use "Pound 2" to set FWD-ALL and "Star 2" to cancel, and "Pound 4" for pickup. Normally pressing "pound" on the phone is the same as "send" and you would immediately get reorder tone before the other digit was pressed, so I've tried editing its dialplan with |#2 to allow the FWD-ALL set, but now the phone will allow both digits to be dialed but then times out.

Any ideas on getting this to work appreciated!

I have a similar setup and 3rd party SIP phones (analog phones).
My forward code is *5 to set up and #5 to cancel.
When the user dials #5, they hear reorder tone (fast busy) after a few seconds, but the phone system does take the digits dialed and does cancel the call forward.
So you should double check that even though your user hears fast busy, maybe the instruction was taken by the phone system.

The cancel codes worked fine, but the set codes didn't until it hit me I needed to add the xxxx after them (first time editing a dialplan, doh...). Giving you a star!!!
