Does anyone have a pointer for a cheat sheet as to how to program up a CCIS over IP link on an SV8500? I'm connecting it to an SV9300, and I think I have the other side nailed more or less, but need some sort of cheat sheet for the SV8500 side...

Is this for an 8500 that is already doing P-P CCIS and you just want to add the 9300 as another node?

Or are you programming the 8500 from scratch?

(I REALLY hope it's the first scenario.)

I'm programming from scratch...
I DO have CCIS IP licenses.

This is the best cheat sheet that I have on hand. It is geared towards someone who is comfortable around the 8500.

I hope that you breeze through it but there is a lot of things that have to go right. You'll also have to re-start the 8500 at least once.

I did it a few years ago and now just work on one network but this is a good place to start.

I can supply more documentation if you need it.

Hey, did that ASYD bit fix your PAD card problem from a few posts ago?

And as a bonus, here is a good one for the 8300 (works fine for the 9300). You might use it for the LCR part.

I also added the part about overflowing to alternate routes if the CCIS link goes down.

NEC (No Extra Charge).

Hmm. nothing seems to be attached to the last post

So I'm following the cheat-sheet and got stuck on page 2.

It says, for the D-route, I'm supposed to program that on the first LAN of the same highway where the I-PHC is programmed. Thing is, I don't have I-PHC. I have 1 PHE-s, 2 MPH-s, 2 PHD-s and 2 PHI-s programmed.

So where does the D-route's first trunk go?

So Ive gone into this and followed the steps. Afterwards, I also found in the CCIS Feature manual, how to program up this feature. But neither sources are very exact as to what I need to do.

It's not working. IPMT command shows, when I attempt an outgoing call that the destination IP address is 0.0.0.0.

But for example, the write-up talks about command ACIC1 and ACIC2, while the manual says if I have IPTRK card AND PHC in the system, I should use ACIC3 and 4, or something like that

I don't have IPTRK card, only PHC which I just programmed with this setup.

I've done many traditional PRI setups in the past, so I'm familiar with the basic steps but this seems to be more involved and I've never done it.
