SV8500 - Message waiting lamp from MCI

We have SV8500 is working with 3rd PMS & Voicemail systems for Hotel.
Currently, the Message Waiting Lamp is always in Steadily status if setting from 3rd Voice Mail system. We have the Serial MCI connection between Voice Mail & SV8500. Either AHSY Index 139, b4 =1 or b4 =0, the lamp on phone is always steadily. Any body know the command to change to Flashing MWL if setting from MCI?

I changed Dip Switch SW17-3 of Analog Card 16LCCF to ON (default is OFF). And now the Lamp of Analog Phone is always in FLASHING MODE

Try turning the lamp off using command CMWL. That command will also indicate what type of message was left on the phone. Turn that dip switch back to the off position. That just makes the lamp flash when a message is present instead of lit.
