I have a toll-free that outpulses 7222 to the switch. I can see that 7222 is forwarded always to 6000 (which is the ACD system) in ACFS. I created a new voicemail tree (ext. 4501) that I want the toll free calls to go to, but when I change the number in ACFS from 6000 to 4501, it takes the number, but when calling the toll free, it just goes to our main call attendant greeting. I can call 4501 from my phone and it works fine. What am I missing?

This is a function of MCI, same concept as when you have two lines on your phone and 1st say ext 1000 line is forwarded busy to the 2nd line say ext 2000 and then the call goes to VM, you get the greeting for ext 1000. There are two things you can do - If you are using PRI use command ACDD, enter your route number then 7222 and convert it to 4501, or in you VM build a mailbox 7222 and forward it to the VM pilot and change the 4501 mailbox to 7222 or recreate the tree in mailbox 7222.
