Has anyone connected SV8500 to Cisco Connections? System was using Cisco Unity's and when calls were transferred from Site A to Site B the transfer was across the CCIS T1. Now, with the Cisco Connections the transfer is from one Cisco Connection to the other and then to the PBX. Transfer now fail. when going Cross-Cluster with the Cisco Connections. Anyone have this issue before or is anyone using Cisco Connections with Cross-Cluster transfer? Cisco Connections is connected to PBX via PIMG units. Same as it has always been when using the Cisco Unity boxes.
