Just had SIP licenses installed in the SV8500, but because of IP PAD cards rev, had to go with SP SIP rather than Internal. Testing with a Grandstream GPX-1100 desk set, their HT-701 ATA and the latest download of Grandstream Wave for Android. Other than server IP and PW, the only other change in any Grandstream setup has been setting DTMF for in-audio.
All's good 4-digit dialing on campus, and when call is initiated from off-campus to SIP phone. But with Local or LD calls, with all three Grandstream clients the called party does not hear the SIP caller (SIP caller does hear called party). However, when the call is put on hold (or flashed for second dialtone) and the call is reconnected the full talk path is there.
Installer tested with 3CX ver. 6 on Win laptop, that works fine, so the finger is pointed at the Grandstream's configs.
Anyone have any setup hints? Thanks!
