Hey guys, I'm working with an SV8500 that currently has an AAND setting that is preventing the station from sending a full number when calling an external number.

LAND displays: Route - 11 | Skip - 0 | Add - 0 | DC - Blank

I would like to remove the AAND setting for Route 11 so I can assign a new one. I've attempted to write over it, however the command returns PBX Error 0x0C03.

Thanks in advance.

What version of 8500?

First get a copy of the database off the PBX. If over version 6 use the web interface and download the config. If under version 6 you use PC Pro Tools

Then do a MEM_HDD make sure it runs fine. If it does make a copy of the backup again. Get it off the PBX. If MEM_HDD fails you have issues. You may want to reboot the PBX but don't do it unless you have the license file, Activation code and original software.

If all of that is good then the next thing to do is try to set ACPNCL

TN 1 (or the appropriate Tennant) | STN (station number) | Route 11 | Skip XXXX (all station number digits) | Add - 10 (assuming US numbering plan) | DC - Full phone number to preset on outbound call.

If that works then this might be your best bet to fix.
