Hi I have problems regarding SV8300 WITH an error : System port is closed standby Dual cpu must be offline for mat connection
Set standby dual cpu to off line and retry.
Can't access the system PC PRO and the LED of my CPU set S2 GREEN LIGHT ..how come when i have only 1 CPU.. Thanks for the answers..

Sounds like you have the standby CPU from a dual CPU system.

Is your CPU housing 1 slot or 2?

If it is 2 then it was setup for a redundant CPU.

The primary CPU would have been installed in the upper slot of the chassis.

You can probably set the sense wheel to E and then log onto the default IP Address of the Ethernet port. 192.168.1.1

From there you can default the CPU.

Note there was no licensing on the redundant CPU. It got any licenses it needed from the primary CPU which is now missing.
