SV8300 weird problem when user forwards his set

Hello gurus
User A forwards his set to external number. All calls to his number (set A) go to another set (set B) in PABX. User B is pretty upset because he does not know who and where is user A.
Just do not know from wher to start the investigation.
Anybody has experienced something like this?
 
Go to set A and cancel all forwarding, All/Busy/Busy-no ans/no ans, then test.
Then re-do the forwarding on set A.

Yes we tried it - cleared all forwardings and then set it again. It's the same story - calls go to set B.
Found out that set A was in misconfigured hunting group (looks like someone was testing PCPro configuration) and deleted this HG. Could it be the root of the problem?
 
Possibly. Now knowing what was done it's hard to say. I'd remove it from any hunt groups CMD 18X, 19X and test it again.

Yes, CF works the same way on all other sets without such a problem. Only this particular one run into the problem,
