SV8300 Wake Up Calls no Service

hello all support forum.

I have PABX Nec sv8300 , Comand Service Wake Up : 78, but when me use telephone call 78 system talk “ Thanks for calling” and hang up.

what comand Wake Up use Telephone. ?
