SV8300 two phones act as one

Hi,

is there a way to make 2 phones act like one?

I can program the buttons and prime line however the problem is the second phone doesn't show the caller name when it rings when dialing the main phone's extension

Never tried it but you could check out group call by pilot number and just put the two phones in the group. I think it is programmed on the 8300 the same as on the IPS so if you don't have a Feature Programming Guide, see here.....
