I have an extension, 4747 that when dialed from the outside using DID xxx-4747 rings 4 times and goes to voicemail as it should. This is just a key appearance on another phone. When dialed internally, just 4747, it just rings and rings. Where do I change this?

It looks like the system is set up for split call forwarding. Try looking for the the call forwarding no answer code in command 20. CMD 200>XX>A016 and use that code instead. Also the timer in CMD 410> 01 and 15 might be a possibility 01 is trunk and 15 internal call timer for no answer.
