Had an IP phone working at a remote location. Some changes to the network were made at the remote location. The phone will not register now. When I connect it at main location it works correctly. Any ideas?

What changes were made in the network?
VPN? Port forwarding? Change in router IP address?

The router IP address changed at the remote location. I can ping the phone system from the phone.

Try port forwarding the new address to the required ports 5060, 5061, 10020-10083
